I am a Las Vegas photographer specializing in authentic, story-driven imagery across portraits, events, sports, and landscapes. My goal is simple: to create work that feels real, memorable, and deeply connected.

Hey, my name is shay shonté

For me, photography is all about storytelling. I love freezing those little moments that carry so much emotion—whether it’s a laugh, a glance, or just the kind of feeling you can’t put into words. My camera gives me a way to hold onto those stories and share them with others.
I shoot a mix of things—sports, landscapes, travel, portraits, even products. Sports give me that rush of capturing action in the moment, landscapes let me slow down and soak in the beauty around me, and travel opens up whole new worlds to explore through my lens. Portraits are probably the most personal, though—every face has its own story, and I love being able to capture that. Even with products, I try to go beyond just showing an item and instead make it feel like part of life’s bigger picture.
At the end of the day, I just want my photos to feel alive—like little windows into the moments that make life meaningful.
